All items will be shipped USPS first class.
Misprints are 3D printed items that are fully functional but have a small defect such as a small hole, or a layer that didn’t print perfectly. These will be sold for half the price of a perfect piece. They are sold as is. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges, No Exceptions.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase delivery confirmation, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Customized or special request items
- Discounted Misprints
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival (does not include discounted misprints), we will replace it or refund it when it is returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item can be returned in original packaging. If the item can be returned in original packaging, please contact us and we can email you a printable return label.
Due to the somewhat fragile nature of 3d printed items (excluding squishy items) we will only replace them with proof that they are broken on arrival. Please take pics of packaging and item as you open it and contact us at inspiredbyabead@hotmail.com as soon as possible if your item has arrived damaged.
After the item is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is processed
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at inspiredbyabead@hotmail.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Items may only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery and if they are in perfect condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your item, we cannot exchange it.
